Job summary

Omnia Foundation, an independent special school, is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team on-site in Rayleigh. The role supports boys aged 12–16 with SEMH and ASD, focusing on engagement, progress, and safeguarding.

You will work with colleagues, parents, and external professionals, build positive relationships, monitor progress, and champion inclusion with high expectations. A UK driving licence is required as some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people, especially SEN/SEMH/ASD.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and positive student outcomes.
