Job summary

Omnia Foundation, based in Rayleigh, Essex, is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. The role focuses on delivering engaging learning activities, supporting students with SEMH, SEN, and ASD, and building strong relationships to foster confidence and independence.

The successful candidate will monitor progress, collaborate with staff and parents, and uphold safeguarding and inclusion in a nurturing environment.
