You will act as a senior technical representative with stakeholders, manage capital and revenue budgets up to £75m, and oversee devolution arrangements and income generation activities while monitoring performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver highways asset management plans, lifecycle planning, data and programmes.
• Act as senior technical representative for the council with members, officers, government departments and the public.
• Manage capital and revenue budgets up to £75m, ensuring value for money and robust financial planning.
• Oversee devolution, income generation activities (including highway advertisements) and performance monitoring.
