Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the UK is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to lead highway schemes across their full lifecycle. You will manage project managers, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive delivery on time and to budget while ensuring compliance with DBFO contracts.

Strong reporting, risk management, and change control are essential to keep programmes on track. You will travel between offices and sites as required, lead fortnightly project reviews, and develop relationships across disciplines

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering highways construction and maintenance operations.
• PM qualifications such as PRINCE2 or APMP are preferred.
• Experience coordinating interfaces with design teams and external resources.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Portfolio Manager in the manager's absence and lead project delivery.
• Develop stakeholder relationships and ensure programme objectives are met.
• Maintain change control, risk tracking, and performance reporting.
• Chair fortnights project reviews and manage project priorities for resource allocation.
• Travel to other offices and sites as required.
