As the technical authority, you will drive safety, sustainability and innovation across critical transport assets while coordinating with design consultants, contractors and the client. Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional membership with ICE/IET/ILP (Chartered or Incorporated status preferred).
• Experience delivering highway lighting and electrical schemes to DMRB standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, assessment and delivery of highway lighting projects from concept to completion.
• Manage asset data, condition assessment and early intervention strategies.
• Conduct design reviews, compliance checks and value management.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors and supply chain partners to meet schedule and budget.
• Monitor progress, maintain asset data integrity and report milestones.
