Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Engineer - Lighting in the Maidstone region. The role leads activities for identifying asset needs and developing early solutions while ensuring adherence to asset policies and standards.

You will drive safety, asset data maintenance, and value-driven solutions across the network. The role requires Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status with relevant experience, a degree or HND in a related discipline, and strong knowledge of asset condition assessment

Qualifications

• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer with membership in a professional body.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate asset data evaluation to develop early solutions for the asset class in scope.
• Ensure health and safety considerations are integrated into planning and delivery of services.
• Monitor delivery of early solutions and liaise with teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain asset data and condition information in relevant databases per standards.
