Haskoning UK Engineering Design team is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to manage delivery of highway and infrastructure designs for ITP clients within the UK market. You will drive innovative solutions, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure safety, sustainability, and quality across complex projects, with opportunities for career progression.

The role requires Chartered status or strong progression, familiarity with local standards, and experience in 3D Civil Design (Civil 3D).

Qualificações

• Experience delivering highway/infrastructure design projects to local authority standards.
• Ability to lead multi-location highway design projects and mentor engineers.
• Proven capability in BIM/CDE workflows and 3D design environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead highway/infrastructure design from concept to construction-ready details.
• Ensure designs meet local authorities' standards and stakeholder needs.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to engineers and designers.
• Coordinate multi-location projects and BIM/CDE processes.
• Deliver drainage design and Road Safety Audit support.
