Warwickshire County Council is seeking Senior Engineers to lead developer-funded highway schemes across Warwickshire. You will supervise technical staff, oversee feasibility through construction, manage contract administration and cost control, and develop fee proposals for S278 works while engaging with developers and stakeholders.

• Ability to supervise technical staff and handle multiple workstreams.

• Supervise technical staff to deliver highway schemes and meet agreed outcomes.
• Manage feasibility, detailed design, procurement and construction phases.
• monitor costs and ensure effective project control.
• manage contracts (construction and professional services).
• prepare fee proposals for S278 works and discuss with developers/clients.
• prepare reports for Team Manager, Service Manager or Head of EDS.
• maintain governance, manage conflicting priorities, and work in a matrix environment.
