Job summary

The Sheffield College is seeking an experienced administrator to support the UC Sheffield team and contribute to quality assurance across adult and higher education curricula. The role offers significant autonomy with potential for future supervisory responsibilities as the team grows.

You will handle a high standard of administrative duties, coordinate with curriculum and support teams, manage communications, and help oversee Spar ksTeaching Services administration in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an excellent standard of administrative support for UC Sheffield
• Work with curriculum and support teams to ensure that Exam Boards, Review Boards and other key aspects of quality assurance are scheduled and supported
• Operate a telephone and email service for UC Sheffield related enquiries
• Coordinate, and monitor the administration associated with Sparks Teaching Services
