The Sheffield College is recruiting an proactive administrator to support the College Leadership Team and key directors. You will deliver day-to-day administrative support, coordinate diaries, meetings, travel and events, and ensure high standards of service for internal and external partners.

In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced, corporate environment, providing proactive day to day administrative support to members of the College Leadership Team and their areas of responsibility, including Student Employability Services, Quality, Teaching, Learning and Innovation, Equity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and Student Services. You will provide a friendly, and professional service to internal and external partners, stakeholders and visitors, supporting in the delivery of a high-quality service in support of the above functions. You will be expected to have excellent customer service skills, proficient IT skills and be able to communicate on all levels.

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £27,455 - £29,810 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
