Job summary

The Sheffield College is seeking a Learning Support Compliance and Standards Lead to oversee the maintenance and monitoring of learning support compliance and quality assurance across all provision types. You will audit provision, share findings to assure funding compliance, and line-manage the Inclusion and Learning Support Advisors to implement inclusive teaching and student support plans.

Qualifications

• Experience auditing learning support provision and compliance with funding rules.
• Ability to develop and monitor compliance systems across provision types.
• Experience working with regulators and funding bodies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all provision types remain compliant with college policy and procedures related to learning support.
• Generate reports and analysis of learning support compliance for SLT and funding bodies.
• Line-manage Inclusion and Learning Support Advisors and Exams Access Arrangements Officers.
• Develop needs-led Individual Support Plans for students requiring one.
• Ensure accurate and robust exam access arrangements following assessments.
