Diodes Incorporated is seeking an Senior Level Semiconductor Technology Development High Voltage Analog Device Engineer to lead high voltage LNDMOS design and technology development. The role spans device design, process integration, characterization, and reliability testing across global teams.

You will drive technology innovations, collaborate with process, test, packaging and product engineering, and contribute to qualification cycles for automotive, industrial, and renewable energy

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field with focus on semiconductor devices.
• Minimum 10 years of direct experience in power semiconductor device engineering, emphasis on high voltage LNDMOS or LDMOS design and fabrication.
• Publications or patents in power devices or LNDMOS technology.
• Proven track record leading device development projects from concept to mass production.
• Familiarity with automotive/industrial/renewable energy power electronics applications.
• Experience engaging with customers to translate application needs into device requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute design of high voltage LNDMOS devices using CAD and TCAD tools.
• Collaborate with process engineers to define flows for fabrication and improve yield.
• Plan electrical, thermal, and reliability characterization of devices.
• Research new architectures and materials to push LNDMOS performance.
• Investigate failures with advanced diagnostic tools and root-cause analysis.
