Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary electronics team focused on delivering high-voltage power supply products from concept to production.

You will drive New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, manage engineering resources, and work closely with customers, commercial teams and the Chief Engineer to ensure on-time delivery to specification and readiness for manufacture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an electronics engineering team.
• Strong track record delivering New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Experience managing engineering projects from concept through to production.
• Strong stakeholder management with customer-facing experience.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for delivering NPI and sustaining projects.
• Balance technical delivery, people development and continuous improvement to create a high-performance culture.
• Oversee project planning, schedules, risk management and governance.
• Collaborate with customers and commercial teams to define product requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure design for manufacture/test principles are embedded and product industrialisation is supported.
