Ford and Slater is recruiting a Senior HGV Workshop Administrator in our Stockton dealership. You will manage workshop schedules, bookings, and front-of-house duties while liaising with technicians and customers to ensure smooth service operations.

The role requires administrative experience in HGV/CV sectors, basic technical knowledge, and a full UK driving licence. Working hours are 45 per week with some overtime and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Administrator within HGV/Commercial vehicle sectors (ideally in a main dealer).
• Basic technical knowledge to converse with Technicians and Customers.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create workshop schedules in conjunction with the Workshop Controller.
• Plan vehicle inspection bookings for O licence compliance.
• Process job cards and perform general administration for Workshop/Service.
• Front of house duties on Service Reception to greet customers when required.
• Handle incoming calls/enquiries from new and existing customers.
• Maintain files in line with company and legal requirements.
