Lumanity is seeking a Director/Senior Director to lead consulting engagements, delivering strategic and scientific guidance to clients. The role focuses on creating valuable HEOR-based solutions, managing budgets, and driving revenue growth through strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate significant life science or consulting experience, leadership of large projects, and a deep HEOR expertise with a commercial mindset.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in life science or consulting industries.
• Degree in scientific field from a recognized institution.
• Experience leading teams to sell and deliver large projects.
• Deep HEOR expertise with a commercially oriented mindset.
• Ability to price and manage profitable client engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Owns client engagements and ensures client satisfaction and high-quality outputs.
• Delivers scientifically rigorous, profitable, and commercially relevant solutions.
• Spends time on client delivery, sales/relationships, strategy, and internal initiatives.
• Builds and maintains client relationships and understands their business strategies.
• Leads proposal development with HEOR sales to ensure timely, high-quality responses.
• Mentors and develops future leaders within the practice.
