Job summary

Priory Hospital Glasgow is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team. You will oversee and deliver a safe, efficient maintenance service within the hospital, helping to maintain a welcoming environment for patients and staff, and supporting the wellbeing and comfort of everyone who lives and works here.

This leadership role requires an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an electrical, mechanical or building trade with JIB status, plus experience in facilities or maintenance.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in electrical, mechanical or building trade with Joint Industries Board approved status.
• Experience in a facilities, operational, trade or maintenance role.
• Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and privacy of patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver an efficient and effective maintenance service within the hospital.
• Support the wellbeing, comfort and safety of patients and staff through proactive maintenance.
• Lead with Priory's leadership behaviours during the interview process and in daily practice.

Education
