Job summary

Catch 22 are recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established healthcare facility in Edinburgh on a temporary ongoing basis. You will lead a small maintenance team, manage contractors and oversee both planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

This role offers a salary around £42,000 per annum with the potential to move into a permanent role in the future, and requires immediate availability to start. Driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance supervisory experience.
• Good understanding of building maintenance and compliance.
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules.
• Mechanical, electrical or general building services background - NVQ 3 Level minimum.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Immediate start and temporary ongoing basis.
• Must be able to drive.
