Job summary

The Surelock McGill Group is searching for a senior Group Health & Safety Manager to lead the H&S strategy across multiple UK sites. The role requires NEBOSH Diploma, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to risk assessment, audits, and incident investigations.

You will ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and ISO standards, manage a digitised H&S platform, and drive a positive safety culture across all sites. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Senior H&S leadership experience in multi-site manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ISO standards.
• Proven ability to lead audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Group Health & Safety strategy across all sites.
• Maintain H&S systems and ensure compliance with UK legislation and ISO standards.
• Act as the Groups competent person for Health and Safety under HSWA 1974.
• Manage RAMS, safety policies, and site procedures.
• Drive safety culture and wellbeing across sites.
