Job summary

Vadella Group is seeking an experienced Group Health & Safety Manager to lead the H&S strategy, governance and performance across the group. You will travel across the UK, work closely with the CEO and leadership team, and drive continuous improvement within field-based businesses.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma (or Level 6) and CMIOSH, with a proven track record in multi-site H&S management and regulatory compliance. Hybrid working is offered with regular site visits and UK travel.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multi-site health & safety programs.
• Strong investigative and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership across senior and frontline teams.
• Experience implementing ISO 45001 in complex environments.
• Experience with mergers/acquisitions integration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the Group Health & Safety Management Framework across Operating Companies.
• Maintain policies, governance and compliance with legislation and best practice.
• Deliver audit and inspection programs across sites and service lines.
• Produce Board-level KPIs and incident trend reports.
• Manage HSE relationships with regulators and external bodies.
• Lead investigations into RIDDOR incidents and develop corrective actions.
