Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled analyst to join the Information team and lead on complex analytical projects that support strategic objectives. You will develop and maintain business intelligence tools and deliver accurate performance reports to multiple Trust departments.

Qualifications

• Requires strong data modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience in NHS informatics or healthcare analytics preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of the Trust's Improvement Reporting requirements.
• Lead research analytics for Trust programme initiatives with high-quality BI support.
• Maintain and improve Trust BI tools used to monitor performance against the framework.
• Evaluate key BI reports, flagging exception issues for sign-off processes.
• Communicate complex technical specs and reports to senior managers and executives.
• Quality assure key reports before publication and ensure timely delivery across teams.
