Job summary

The post holder will translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop integrated solutions that enable cancer data from multiple sources to be reported, analyzed and used for decision-making, while adhering to NHS information standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist digital, data and infrastructure engineering expertise to support BI, reporting, analytics and insight across the Cancer Alliance.
• Translate business and information requirements into technical specifications and support the development of integrated data solutions.
• Collaborate with Cancer Alliance, South Yorkshire ICB, NHS providers and partner agencies to support data analytics capabilities and service improvement initiatives.
• Exercise professional judgement in resolving complex technical issues within NHS policies and standards.
