**Job Title:** Senior Health Care Support Worker, Irvine

Overview

NHS Ayrshire and Arran, one of 14 territorial NHS Boards within NHS Scotland, is seeking a dedicated Senior Health Care Support Worker based at Woodland View. Responsibilities

1. Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centered, recovery-focused nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
2. Engage with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, demonstrating genuine interest and compassion.
3. Work effectively within a team, employing excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
4. Undertake training to develop necessary skills and competencies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience working in a care setting or similar role is highly desirable.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training.
• UK driving licence is essential.

Details

Hours: Two positions, 32.1 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns including weekends and nights.
