Our home in Irvine is recruiting for a Senior Support Worker. We seek enthusiastic, caring, and passionate individuals to join our support team. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations and overseeing each child's plan, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Qualifications: The successful candidate must hold an SVQ3 qualification in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and be willing to work towards SVQ4 within the timeframe set by SSSC.
We provide a community-based environment supporting vulnerable children and young people aged 8 to 18, helping them integrate into the local community and prepare for life beyond Aspris Scotland.
Note: Candidates must have a full UK driving licence to transport young people to external locations.
