We are seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker to lead our supported living service in Bo'ness. This welcoming environment boasts a dynamic team supporting a fantastic group of individuals.

Responsibilities include helping people gain independence, assisting with daily supervision and management, allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting supervision, ordering medication, and supporting individuals in managing finances. You will always keep the people we support at the center of your work.

This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful difference, whether by supporting colleagues' growth or helping individuals achieve their goals.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including those with behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, or trauma.
