Talantir in the UK seeks a Senior Procurement & Commercial Manager / Head of Procurement & Commercial to own the commercial delivery of multi‑billion onshore infrastructure projects. Based in Perth or Glasgow with hybrid working (2–3 days in the office), you will drive procurement, contracting and cost control across mega capital workstreams.

The role requires deep experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects in the UK, NEC contracts, and a hands‑on leadership style.

Competenze

• 20+ years of senior commercial experience.
• Direct ownership of mega infrastructure projects (£1bn+).
• Proven procurement, negotiation and contract management.
• Experience with onshore UK infrastructure and NEC contracts.
• Strategic supplier relationship management and cost control.

Mansioni

• Take full commercial ownership for end‑to‑end delivery of mega onshore infrastructure projects (£1bn+) including Overhead Lines, Substations and Underground Cabling.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies, governance, and contracting approaches.
• Manage costs, forecasting and value optimisation across high‑value portfolios.
• Lead supplier relationships with stakeholders to secure best commercial outcomes.
• Handle claims and ensure ethical practices while meeting project objectives.
