Job summary

The Resolute Group Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement on major energy and power projects. The role offers a base salary of £70,000 plus a car or allowance and a bonus, with hybrid working (2/3 days in the office, 2/3 days from home) based in Glasgow.

This position focuses on delivering £3 billion of projects over the next five years within a major infrastructure framework.

Qualifications

Senior Buyer or Procurement Manager within construction or infrastructure.
Experience managing internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects or frameworks.
Eligible to work in the UK and living within commuting distance of Glasgow.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end subcontract and materials procurement processes, ensuring best practice, best value, and alignment with programme requirements.
Lead procurement activities including EOI, PQQ, ITT, contractor scoring, and contract awards.
Work directly with the client on project pipelines and future procurement strategies.
Own and update procurement schedules, reporting accurately on buying gains and losses.
Lead a small team of Senior Buyers / Buyers who will manage the day-to-day project-specific activities.
Support work-winning efforts through tender inputs, procurement strategies, supplier selection, and relevant meetings.
