Job summary

IC Resources seeks a Senior Verification Engineer to join its hardware team in Cambridge. You will own verification across block, subsystem and multi-FPGA system designs and collaborate to define the verification strategy in a cross-disciplinary environment.

You will develop scalable UVM-based testbenches, focus on risk, coverage and system-level behaviour, and mentor junior engineers while working with world-class engineers on cutting-edge quantum computing projects.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Proven ability to debug across RTL, simulation, and hardware.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and changing requirements.
• Demonstrable commercial experience in functional verification, including ownership of verification planning and strategy.
• Exposure to C, C++ and Python.

Responsibilities
