This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Hardware Engineer to join our growing Hardware Development team. The successful applicant will collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Main responsibilities of the Senior Hardware Engineer include:
  1. Designing PCBs using FPGAs, SoCs, high-speed network interfaces, and RF signal filtering;
  2. Simulating and implementing signal and image processing algorithms in VHDL for FPGAs;
  3. Performing schematic capture using OrCAD;
  4. Managing PCB layout, fabrication, and assembly subcontractors;
  5. Setting up PCBs, including writing test firmware and software;
  6. Developing Linux device drivers for hardware;
  7. Mentoring and leading team members.
To be the ideal Senior Hardware Engineer, you should:
  • Hold a good first degree or a PhD in a numerate discipline;
  • Have 5 or more years of experience in complex PCB design;
  • Have FPGA development experience in VHDL;
  • Have software development experience in embedded C++.

Candidates will be considered for Security Clearance (SC) once the job has been accepted.
