Job summary

Ralliant Corporation is seeking a Hardware Architect (Hardware Staff Engineer) in East Kilbride, Scotland. The role owns the system and hardware architecture for complex embedded monitoring products and collaborates closely with Firmware, Software, and Product teams to drive technical direction.

We expect leadership in architecture decisions, architecture reviews, and lifecycle support, with a focus on reliability, security, and manufacturability across multiple product families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience leading embedded hardware projects from concept to lifecycle support.
• Strong understanding of mixed-signal electronics and industrial instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Own system and hardware architecture for embedded monitoring products.
• Define system-level requirements, interfaces, and strategies.
• Coordinate across hardware, mechanical, manufacturing, and test disciplines.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance throughout product lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
