Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Industry experience, including at least three years in embedded systems validation, hardware verification, or test automation within a laboratory or production environment.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, digital and analogue electronics, and electrical engineering principles.
• Experience developing automated test solutions using scripting or programming languages such as Python, C#, LabVIEW, or similar.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive high-performance validation strategies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal, and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate and verify embedded systems with processors, microcontrollers, and Linux-based platforms.
• Design, develop and execute test plans for hardware components integrated with firmware and software.
• Develop automated test tools, frameworks, and simulation environments for HIL and system-level testing.
• Execute integration testing across hardware, firmware, networking and application software layers.
• Support regulatory and compliance testing activities (CE, UL, IEC, IEEE, EMC).
• Investigate root-cause analysis of complex issues using test equipment, protocol analysis tools, and logs.
