Job summary

TLG Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to lead site operations on a major civil engineering and infrastructure project in the United Kingdom. The role requires senior HSE leadership, expert risk management and strong CDM compliance across disciplines.

You will oversee incidents investigations, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns while driving continuous improvement and culture change on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as Health & Safety Advisor on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation and CDM regulations.
• Ability to lead safety culture, provide guidance and investigate incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior HSE leadership and strategic advice to project teams.
• Manage risk assessments, RAMS, and control measures on site.
• Monitor site safety through inspections, audits and assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with UK H&S legislation and CDM requirements.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, driving corrective actions.
• Oversee contractor HSE performance, inductions and safety campaigns.
• Identify high-risk activities and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
