Job summary

Advance TRS is seeking a Health & Safety professional to support major Tier 1 infrastructure projects in the UK. You will guide construction teams, review RAMS, conduct site inspections and drive a proactive safety culture across the site and supply chain.

The role requires NEBOSH Construction, SMSTS/CSCS, strong communication, and proven experience with earthworks and civils. You will engage stakeholders, deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and support incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Proven H&S experience within major construction / civil engineering.
• Strong earthworks and civils experience.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate and SMSTS/CSCS qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day H&S advice and guidance to site and project teams.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and assurance activities.
• Review RAMS, risk assessments and Construction Phase Plans.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and H&S briefings.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractor and supply chain H&S performance.
• Promote a strong, proactive H&S culture across the project.
