Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Senior Manager to shape the SPA growth agenda. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & GTM, you will identify, prioritise, and mobilise high‑impact initiatives across the SPA portfolio.

You will own opportunity sizing, business cases, and investment analyses, partner with Finance to align forecasts, and translate strategy into measurable KPIs and governance. Strong stakeholder influence and clear executive storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or other strategic leadership roles.
• Experience leading complex strategic initiatives from concept through to launch.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in opportunity sizing, business case development, and investment prioritisation.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritise, and mobilise SPA's strategic growth initiatives across the SPA portfolio.
• Own opportunity sizing, business case development, and investment analyses, partnering with Finance to align forecasts.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs and governance frameworks.
• Lead ad hoc analyses to identify growth opportunities and inform executive decision-making.
• Provide external perspectives and market insights to shape SPA's direction.
• Define initiative scope, success metrics, operating requirements, and implementation plans.
• Drive prioritisation across competing initiatives and track outcomes to realise value.
