Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives within the Strategic Partnerships & Affiliates (SPA) division. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product & Technology, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure delivery on time and within scope.

You will develop detailed plans, manage risks, and drive alignment with senior leadership while fostering a culture of process excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, programme management, operations, business transformation, or related roles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management capabilities: planning, risk management, dependency management, stakeholder coordination.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with high quality delivery.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to structure and drive complex programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; ability to influence across teams and levels of seniority.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting plans as priorities evolve.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
• Experience developing executive-ready updates, presentations, and status reporting.
• Highly organised, results-oriented, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in technology, marketplace, or high-growth business environments preferred.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional projects within scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to minimise delivery challenges.
• Monitor progress and escalate blockers to ensure timely resolution.
• Drive accountability across teams to meet delivery commitments and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product & Technology, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Establish and manage project governance frameworks and reporting processes.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and working sessions.
• Build relationships to foster collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Provide clear project updates, risks, decisions, and recommendations to leadership.
