Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Strategy to shape and deliver the talent and organization agenda for our divisions. You will operate at strategic and tactical levels, aligning leadership needs with capability development and workforce design.

You will partner with HRBPs and executives to drive talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational health metrics, ensuring equity and inclusion while scaling capabilities globally.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development and/or HR Business Partnering.
• Proven experience partnering with C-suite and senior leaders in global, matrixed organizations.
• High-influence contributor who leads through expertise and relationships, not just authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to shape divisional talent agendas and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end succession planning and talent reviews for leadership roles.
• Influence enterprise org design and ensuring alignment with headcount plans and standards.
• Coach leaders on talent identification, assessment practices, and DEI-friendly processes.
