Expedia Group is seeking a Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the SPA organisation. You will plan, coordinate, and execute complex, cross-functional projects with Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will build detailed plans, manage risks and dependencies, lead governance forums, and provide executive-ready updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, programme management, operations, or related roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with high quality delivery.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to structure large programmes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence across teams and levels of seniority.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting plans as priorities evolve.
• Experience creating executive-ready updates, presentations, and status reporting.
• Highly organised, results-oriented, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in technology, marketplace, or high-growth business environments preferred.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) is advantageous but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional projects with clear timelines, scope, and objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and resources.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to minimise delivery challenges.
• Monitor progress and escalate blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive accountability across teams to meet commitments and outcomes.
