Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Strategy Partner to shape and deliver the talent and organization agenda across divisions. Qualifications

• 14+ years' experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, and/or HR Business Partnering.
• Proven experience partnering with C‑suite and senior leaders in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated impact shaping global talent and org strategies with significant scope and complexity.
• Talent management expertise: performance, potential, readiness, and succession frameworks; coaching leaders/HRBPs.
• Org design & change management: diagnose, design, evaluate structures, and plan transitions.
• Data fluency: interpret people metrics, tell clear story, guide decisions.
• Relationship building & collaboration: trusted partner to HRBPs and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Strategy Delivery by co‑creating divisional agendas and defining a capabilities roadmap.
• Define critical capability gaps and translate insights into an integrated talent strategy.
• Oversee end‑to‑end succession planning and leadership reviews in partnership with HRBP Leaders.
• Use organizational health metrics to drive concrete actions and improvements.
• Coach leaders and HRBPs to ensure equitable talent practices across the function.
