Job summary

Blend Marketing Ltd. in Reading is seeking a Senior Strategist to oversee integrated demand generation for mid-market B2B clients. You’ll guide creative, content and channel specialists to drive pipeline and revenue.

You’ll combine data-led strategy with hands-on execution, focusing on AI-enabled growth, analytics, CRM automation and HubSpot collaboration, in a hybrid Reading-based role.

Qualifications

• Background in B2B strategy/planning within agency.
• Strong data analysis skills using marketing and web analytics.
• Track record leading client presentations and workshops for non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience applying AI and automation to enhance workflows or digital performance.
• Comfortable navigating SEO/AEO tools (Ahrefs, GA4, Search Console), paid media (Google Ads, Ads), and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated demand generation programmes for mid-market B2B clients across channels.
• Advise clients on brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership.
• Lead Ads campaign strategy and creative ideation; shape organic social distribution.
• Shape paid media strategies; identify CRO opportunities; lead website strategy.
• Define CRM automation and support sales enablement; partner with HubSpot specialists.
