Make the platform something healthcare professionals choose to log in to, again and again The platform is where UK healthcare professionals find approved, trustworthy medicines information. Huge numbers use it, but most do so anonymously. Our highest priority is to turn that audience into a verified, logged-in and engaged one. That growth is the foundation for everything else we build.
You will own the growth of recurring, logged-in HCP users. Marketing owns acquisition and conversion. You own what happens next: activation, retention and engagement, turning a registration into a regular habit. You will be the single owner of that outcome. You will have dedicated engineers and partner with our data science team, and you will direct shared design, research and product marketing capabilities, working hand in hand with Marketing.
The thing is the thing. We judge progress by what is live with users and what it is doing, and we debate the work on its evidence.
Strong positions, loosely held. You bring a clear point of view and change it quickly when the evidence does.
Start from the customer. Every significant initiative begins with a real user, a real job to be done and a measurable outcome.
Write it down, show it working. A PR/FAQ states the outcome, a working demo shows the destination, and the roadmap sets out the thin slices that get us there.
Thin slices, real discipline. We ship small and often, commit to dates once the work is understood, and get the project management basics right
