Product Manager

Location: London, 2 days a week on site.

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000.

Industry: High Growth Health Tech | SaaS.

The Company

This mission-led health tech scale-up builds clinical software and works with hundreds of primary care practices, covering millions of patients, and is rapidly expanding its footprint across the UK. With strong product-market fit and accelerating demand, the focus is now on maturing, scaling, and broadening the product offering.

The Role

This is a hands‑on individual contributor role with full end‑to‑end product ownership. You will:

• Surface and deeply understand user needs within GP practices
• Shape product strategy and translate it into clear, actionable roadmaps
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to define and deliver solutions
• Balance speed with thoughtful decision‑making in a regulated environment
• Own feedback loops post‑launch and iterate based on real‑world impact

Product‑market fit is established - but there is significant opportunity to refine, strengthen, and scale the platform. This role suits someone who is both operator and crafts person: comfortable with ambiguity, able to make pragmatic trade‑offs, and motivated by building durable systems.

About You

• Several years’ experience in B2B product management
• Ideally experience in health tech or another regulated, data‑rich sector
• Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams
• Comfortable influencing without authority and navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Pragmatic decision‑maker with strong judgement around scope and priority
• Energised by early‑stage or scaling environments (Seed‑Series A experience a plus)
• Resourceful, resilient, and excited by meaningful impact
