Simplyhealth in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Customer Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to shape our growth marketing capability and deliver more relevant customer experiences across the UK market.

You’ll own agreed growth targets across On Demand products and existing customer bases, driving improvements in conversion, product adoption, cross-sell, renewal, customer lifetime value and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Developing a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours and motivations to identify growth opportunities.
• Owning customer growth targets and driving measurable improvements across the customer lifecycle.
• Creating and delivering growth and lifecycle marketing strategies that improve customer value and commercial performance.
• Working with Finance to forecast performance, identify risks and recommend actions to achieve growth targets.
• Leading a test-and-learn approach across audiences, propositions, messaging, creative and customer journeys.
• Using experimentation and performance data to optimise conversion and scale successful activity.
• Identifying friction points across customer journeys and collaborating with Product, Digital and CRM teams to improve outcomes.
• Bringing strong creative judgement to campaigns, content and proposition development.
• Building new marketing capabilities, processes and frameworks that support long‑term growth.
• Working closely with CRM, Data, Product, Finance, Proposition and agency partners to deliver customer and commercial objectives.
