Simplyhealth is seeking a Senior Customer Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive growth across On Demand products and the existing customer base. You will shape strategies, optimize campaigns, and lead transformation of customer journeys.

The role blends strategic insight with hands-on delivery, requiring collaboration with Finance, Product, CRM, and executive stakeholders. Based in Andover with Hampshire head office involvement and flexible remote working, this role includes travel as

Qualifications

Strong B2C growth marketing experience with a deep understanding of customer behaviour and value creation.
Experience owning growth targets and improving performance across the customer lifecycle.
Track record of working with commercial and finance teams to forecast performance and deliver growth outcomes.
Expertise in developing customer journeys, propositions, campaigns and messaging that drive measurable results.
