Simplyhealth seeks a Senior Customer Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to shape and lead growth initiatives across our customer base in the UK. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, leveraging customer insight, CRM, and creative to drive stronger commercial outcomes.

You’ll own growth targets, refine journeys, test ideas, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve conversion, adoption, cross‑sell, renewals and revenue over time.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing growth marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle.
• Excellent use of customer insight, data, and analytics to drive conversion and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth and lifecycle strategies that improve customer value and commercial performance.
• Own growth targets across the customer lifecycle and across On Demand products.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, CRM and partners to forecast performance and optimize campaigns.
