Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group are partnering with a specialist manufacturer to recruit an experienced Group QHSE Manager out of their main site in Melksham with occasional travel to the second site in the Midlands.

Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of the Group's integrated management systems, champion a proactive safety culture and ensure the business continues to deliver the highest standards of quality, compliance and

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a senior QHSE role within manufacturing.
Proven experience managing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Experience leading internal and external audits.
Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence at all levels.
NEBOSH General Certificate and Internal Auditor qualification.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop QHSE strategy across two sites.
Maintain and improve QMS per ISO 9001.
Lead internal and external audits and drive corrective actions.
Monitor quality performance, complaints, non-conformances; perform root cause analysis.
Drive H&S training and promote safety culture.
Drive environmental compliance and ISO 14001 management.
Report QHSE KPIs to Senior Leadership; lead continuous improvement projects.
