Job summary

MRSL Group is seeking a Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Engineer to join our team in the West Midlands. The role focuses on maintaining and developing QHSE management systems, supporting ISO standards, and driving continuous improvement across UK locations within the electronic component industry.

You will lead internal audits, assist with supplier and customer compliance, investigate non-conformances, and promote a culture of operational excellence with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality management systems and auditing.
• Self-motivated and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• NEBOSH / IOSH qualifications advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Audit internal processes to support customer, supplier and external certification audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Analyze quality data, generate KPI metrics and compliance documentation.
• Maintain and develop QHSE management systems (ISO9001, AS9100, ISO14001, ISO45001).
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to influence quality and compliance.
