Job summary

KP Law in Liverpool seeks a qualified solicitor with Personal Injury or Serious Injury experience to join our specialist litigation team. You will lead teams, supervise trainees, and progress bulk claims with partners and senior associates, ensuring premium service to claimants.

You will review medical forms, manage complex cases, and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with expertise in Personal Injury / Serious Injury or Catastrophic injury.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities while handling complex cases.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with partners and senior associates to deliver high standards of work.
• Leading teams of paralegals and other professionals to progress bulk claims.
• Prepare correspondence and review documents for Court/Tribunal submission.
• Resolving data issues during collation of clients’ information.
• Managing legal documentation and demonstrating effective case management.
• Conducting research, drafting, and reviewing case-related documentation.
