Job summary

This Liverpool-based law firm, recognised in the Legal 500 for Personal and Catastrophic Injury and Clinical Negligence, seeks an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor/Litig piece to join a growing team. The role involves self-sufficiently managing Serious Injury claims and supporting Partners on high-value caseloads, including brain and spinal injuries, with some claims over £1 million.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years PQE in Serious Injury, solid litigation background, excellent

Qualifications

Solicitor / Legal Executive with a passion for Serious Injury (5+ years PQE).
Proven experience of handling or assisting on a Multi-Track caseload of Serious Injuries.
Litigation experience.
Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
Excellent client care skills.
Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts.

Responsibilities

Work self-sufficiently and manage Serious Injury claims.
Assist the Partners on complex caseloads including high-value brain and spinal injury cases, with some claims exceeding £1million.
Drive a resilient and varied serious injury legal practice.
