Job summary

Flexible Solutionz is seeking an experienced Grade A Complex Injury Solicitor to join its Liverpool team on a hybrid basis.

You will manage a caseload of high-value complex personal injury claims from inception to settlement, draft pleadings and schedules of loss, attend hearings, and mentor junior colleagues, working with experts and barristers.

This role offers a strong financial package and a collaborative environment in the Liverpool city-centre office.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with Grade A status in England and Wales.
• Experience in handling serious and complex personal injury matters.
• Proven ability to mentor junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of complex personal injury claims.
• Handling matters from inception through to settlement, pre- and post-issue.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss.
• Attending hearings, conferences and settlement meetings.
• Working closely with clients, medical experts, barristers and other stakeholders.
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues.
