Job summary

Flexible Solutionz in the North West seeks a Grade A Qualified Solicitor specialising in serious and complex injury work. You will manage high-value litigated claims, from inception to settlement, while drafting pleadings and schedules of loss and attending hearings and conferences.

You will work alongside medical experts, barristers and clients in a supportive, high-performing team, with hybrid working from a Liverpool city-centre office and opportunities on significant matters.

Qualifications

• Grade A qualified solicitor with proven track record in serious and complex injury work.
• Experience handling high-value litigated claims from inception to settlement.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with experts.

Im currently working on an excellent opportunity for an experiencedGrade A Qualified Solicitorto join a highly regarded Serious & Complex Injury team in Liverpool.

This is a particularly interesting opportunity for an establishedSerious/Complex Injury Solicitorwho may be looking for a role where they can utilise their experience, handle high-value and complex litigated claims, and work within a supportive, high-performing team.

The role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of complex personal injury claims


• Handling matters from inception through to settlement, pre- and post-issue


• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss


• Attending hearings, conferences and settlement meetings


• Working closely with clients, medical experts, barristers and other stakeholders


• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
