Job summary

Flexible Solutionz is seeking an experienced Grade A Solicitor to join a Serious & Complex Injury team in Liverpool. The role is hybrid and offers a strong financial package with excellent benefits.

You will manage high-value, complex personal injury claims, guide matters from inception to settlement, draft key documents, and collaborate with clients, medical experts, barristers, and other stakeholders while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must be a Grade A Qualified Solicitor with expertise in Serious & Complex Injury work.
• Experience handling high-value, complex personal injury claims.
• Ability to draft pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex personal injury claims.
• Handle matters from inception through to settlement, including pre- and post-issue stages.
